POLAND Confectioner Colian has leased 900 sqm of space on the ninth floor of the Equator IV office building at Al. Jerozolimskie 100 in Warsaw’s Ochota district.
The new tenant is to start operations in the building in autumn 2018. “I am very glad that such a reliable company as Colian, which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has chosen to become a tenant of the Equator IV building,” says Michał Lis, a director at JLL, who represented Karimpol Polska the owner of the building. “We expect other lease agreements to be signed within the following weeks, as a result of which over 50 pct of the building’s area will be leased, he added
The building is close to the Warszawa Zachodnia train and bus station and comprises 20,130 sqm of office space with 682 sqm of retail. The building will have 226 car park spaces in four underground levels, racks for 78 bicycles, as well as showers and locker rooms for cyclists. The design is by APA Wojciechowski and the building is BREEAM certified with a rating of “Very Good”. Other tenants include a Zdrofit fitness club (1,662 sqm), serviced offices provider Inoffice Group (1,500 sqm) and IT company Linux Polska (1,500 sqm).
