Double certification for Holm House II
The second stage of the estate should be completed in H2 2020
POLAND Skanska has opened the apartment sales for the second stage of the Holm House estate in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
A total of 226 apartments and four retail/service premises in three buildings are to be built. These will range from 27 sqm to 133 sqm. The differently sized buildings (7 or 9 floors) have been designed by the Wojciech Hermanowicz studio. The estate should be completed in H2 2020.

“The project is located in the popular and well-liked business district of Warsaw and has been enjoying great interest from investors who buy apartments for renting,” claims Karolina Guzik, the sales manager of Skanska Residential Development Poland.

The project is under construction on ul. Abramowskiego, between the Wierzbno and Wilanowska metro stations. It will feature courtyards with recreation areas for residents and a playground.

The second stage of Holm House will come with an electric car charging station, a rainwater system for watering plants, solar panels on the roof (powering the lighting in the car park), an electric car rental service for residents and a bicycle repair station. Anti-smog plants with an increased ability to trap and filter volatile toxic compounds and dust from the air are to be planted within the estate. Applications for two certificates are to be made for the estate: BREEAM and Building without barriers.

The first stage of the estate is already almost sold out, but the last few units are still on available.
