Warsaw plot for sale
The starting price for the property has been set at just over PLN 11.2 mln
POLAND A bankruptcy trustee has put up for sale a plot near the Brama Zachodnia office building on the western fringe of central Warsaw.

The 0.17 ha plot at Al. Jerozolimskie 86/88 includes a building erected in 1988 that was originally a car wash and then later transformed into a restaurant. The property is encumbered with a mortgage taken out with PKO BP bank. Warsaw city council and PGNiG are pursuing claims against the current owner of the property.

The starting price has been set at just over PLN 11.2 mln and applications to participate in the auction can be submitted by June 20th to the Warsaw District Court’s 10th Commercial Department for bankruptcy and restructuring matters, which is located at ul. Czerniakowska 100 A.
