POLAND J.W. Construction Holding has started the presale of apartments in its Bliska Wola Tower development, at the junction of al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia and ul. Kasprzaka in Warsaw.
The building forms part of the developer’s flagship project in this district – the Bliska Wola residential estate. The building will comprise 482 high standard apartments of between 23 sqm and 146 sqm. It will feature a lobby with a reception, 24-hour security, video-surveillance, video intercoms, fire protection and a central air-conditioning system. Its characteristic features will include a glass façade, panoramic glazing in the apartments and built-up balconies – including on the top floors of the building. A park with fountains and a complex of sports fields, including football pitches and basketball courts, as well as several playgrounds and areas for practising yoga, will all be developed as part of the project. It will also include a nursery school.
“This package is designed for people looking for an apartment for their own use and for investors interested in apartments for rent,” explains Małgorzata Ostrowska, a board member and the director of marketing and sales department at J.W. Construction Holding.
Office premises and apartments for rent (aparthotels) are to be located on 15 floors of the 27-storey Bliska Wola Tower. This part of the building will be separate from the residential section – with its own entrance, lifts and reception. The aparthotel will comprise one-room units with kitchenettes (18–38 sqm) and two-room units with kitchenettes or kitchens (33–37 sqm). In addition to all this, Bliska Wola Tower will have a shopping arcade with shops, services as well as a restaurant and a café on the ground floor. The developer has yet to provide details of the prices of the apartments or the schedule of the project.
