POLAND Cushman & Wakefield has opened a new branch in Wrocław.

Due to a significant increase in market demand, and a growing list of projects in and around Wrocław, Cushman & Wakefield’s project and development services (PDS) team in Poland is expanding outside Warsaw for the first time in its history. The company has decided to open a new branch in Wrocław. Piotr Piprek who has a background in building services and FM has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a project manager.

“We are extremely excited to hire our first project manager based outside Warsaw and Piotr is a major signing for our company.
