Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Regus now has 25 locations in Poland
POLAND Serviced offices and co-working space operator Regus intends to open five new locations by the end of the year
Three new offices will open in Warsaw, one in Gdańsk and one in Kraków – a total of over 7,000 sqm. The three Warsaw offices will be created in Polna Corner on ul. Polna (September), Atrium Plaza on al. Jana Pawła II (November) and Park Avenue on ul. Wspólna (December) – all in the city centre. They will comprise a total of 4,100 sqm.

The offices in Gdańsk, situated in the Opera Office complex on al. Zwycięstwa, will have an area of around 1,400 sqm and will be put into operation at the end of September or early October this year.

The space in Kraków, app. 1,500 sqm, should be delivered in September in the Equal Business Park office building on ul. Wielicka. It has been 99 pct reserved by a large international company and will offer a total of 700 workplaces in five new locations.

“The last two years for the chain have been characterised by impressive growth. We are accelerating in terms of the number of new locations and new brands. One example is the Spaces brand we introduced last year,” claims Rafał Gabteni, the regional director for Poland of the IWG group, which includes Regus.

With over 3,200 locations in 110 countries, Regus is the world’s largest operator of flexible offices and co-working spaces. It currently has 25 locations In Poland.
