Żoliborz Artystyczny part two
A total of 1,256 apartments are to be built in the new phase of the estate
POLAND Dom Development is starting the sale of apartments in the second phase of the Żoliborz Artystyczny estate between ul. Powązkowska and ul. Przasnyska in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district.
The first stage involved the construction of 273 units (including 12 service ones) in a building with a cascading structure of five to eight floors. It also has 310 parking spaces in a two-level underground car park, including 126 storage rooms.

“The new phase of Żoliborz Artystyczny is a continuation of a project appreciated by residents and lovers of Żoliborz, which has already received several awards. Like the earlier stages of Żoliborz Artystyczny, the new project will be distinguished by its artistic character and semi-open spaces. The architecture is intertwined with art and functional approaches for integrating the residents and allows us to create another important point on the Warsaw map. The inspiration to create this estate was and still is the history of the district and the famous residents of Żoliborz. The remarkable aesthetics of Żoliborz Artystyczny, which has been under development since 2013, create a unique atmosphere,” effused Jarosław Szanajca, the CEO of Dom Development.

The main point of the estate will be Andrzej Wajda Square, which will feature a pond, cafés and restaurants, connected to ul. Powązkowska with a public passage named after the actor Zbigniew Zapasiewicz. The estate will eventually have playgrounds, internal courtyards and retail/services. A total of 1,256 apartments will eventually be built on the site of the new project. The architectural design is the work of the HRA Architekci studio, while the general contractor is Dom Construction (a company from the Dom Development group).

The apartments in the first stage of the new project are scheduled for completion in Q4 2019. The first phase of Żoliborz Artystyczny involved the construction of 13 buildings and 1,650 units on 10 ha near ul. Powązkowska.
