Nowogrodzka with permit

Eurobuild CEE 05 July 2018
POLAND A Warsaw office building of Yareal – Nowogrodzka Square – obtained an occupancy permit.
Together with an office building of 11,000 sqm the developer has built a passageway for pedestrians, connecting Al. Jerozolimskie with ul. Nowogrodzka. Each of the six floors of the building has 1,500 to 2,000 sqm. There are 148 cars in the underground car park and there is also a place for parking bicycles. The first few tenants are to move into a new office building in June. One of the companies which will have their office in the building is DKV Euro Service. “After almost 20 months we finish the construction with great satisfaction because this place in the centre of Warsaw was completely inaccessible and unknown in the past. The newly-erected Nowogrodzka Square building together with the passageway makes it available to virtually everyone – tenants, passers-by and guests of service premises on the ground floor. Its unique facade made of raw concrete has been supplemented with tilting windows with semi-transparent stone – onyx. As a result, the façade will be beautifully shining at any time, brightening the promenade between the office building and the monumental building of the Military Institute of Geography,” recommends Eric Dapoigny, the CEO of Yareal Polska.
