TriGranit go further with Millennium Gardens
Millennium Gardens in Budapest
HUNGARY TriGranit has recently announced organisational changes due to the construction of Millennium Gardens, the company’s newest office development in Budapest.
Implementation of the project will be supported by a recently appointed project director. The project team for the office building, which is constructed along a 1 km long promenade by the bank of the Danube, will be enlarged by two colleagues in the technical department and a new colleague has arrived in the leasing department for the project as well.

Anikó Borzásiné Danilovics, previously a construction consultant, has strengthened TriGranit as project director from February, 2018. In her new position, she is responsible for the realisation of Millennium Gardens and the development’s construction processes. Anikó Borzásiné Danilovics joined TriGranit in 2000 and was involved in several TriGranit projects in Hungary as a project manager over the nearly two decades that followed, such as MÜPA, the Duna-Pest Residences, the Millennium Towers I-II-III, as well as the K&H Headquarters. Since February, the technical division of the development’s project team has been supported by Andrea Czifra, technical coordinator and József Kádas site manager as well. During their professional careers, both have participated in the technical supervision of earlier TriGranit developments: Andrea Czifra had worked at the K&H Headquarters as on-site engineer, while József Kádas was responsible for construction supervision as construction leader at Millennium Towers I-II-III and was the responsible technical manager at the K&H Headquarters.

Furthermore, the company has announced the appointment of Mónika Takács as leasing manager, effective as of 21st June, 2018. In her position, Mónika Takács will be responsible primarily for the leasing processes of Millennium Gardens as well as managing tenant relationship. During her professional career of more than 20 years, Mónika Takács has worked at several national and international companies mainly as senior leasing manager, such as ECE Projectmanagement Budapest, Jones Lang LaSalle, OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management and Horizon Development.
