POLAND Skanska has started the construction of the second stage of the Holm House residential estate in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.
Holm House 2 will comprise 226 apartments (ranging from 27 sqm to 133 sqm) and four retail/service units.
The first few apartments have already been sold. According to the concept by the Wojciech Hermanowicz architectural studio, it will consist of three buildings, each with either seven or nine floors. The completion of this phase has been scheduled for H2 2020.
“Its future residents will be able to maintain their own private space here. They will be able to use internal courtyards, a playground located between buildings C and D and a recreation zone next to building B. Furthermore, we will build a two-storey car park with storage rooms and bicycle boxes as well as retail and service premises on the ground level facing onto the street,” reveals Tomasz Banaś, a project manager at Skanska Residential Development Poland.
The project is situated on a new street, ul. M. Zdziechowskiego, on the north side of ul. Domaniewska.
The first stage, which should be completed at the end of this year, will comprise 147 apartments.
