New look at Warsaw skyscraper
The architects of this project are Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury
POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has unveiled new visualisations of its skyscraper project at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in the centre of Warsaw.

Demolition work is currently taking place on a 1960s office building that occupied the site. It is to be replaced by a 37-storey office tower around 150m in height and with app. 40,000 sqm gla.

According to information received by ‘Eurobuild CEE’ from PHN, detailed design work is currently being prepared for segment A while the work on segment B (the tower) is about to begin. The architect is Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury. Construction work should be able to start immediately after the building permit is issued. According to the official schedule the work is to begin in 2018/2019 and the first stage should be completed in 2020/21.
