Double topping off in Kołobrzeg
A total of sixteen buildings are to be constructed
POLAND Budnex has topped off two buildings in the Porta Mare Baltica complex in Kołobrzeg and the first apartments are to be handed over in June 2019.

The project is being constructed on a plot of over 3 ha on ul. Wschodnia 750m from the beach. Sixteen four-storey buildings will eventually be built. “We are constructing several buildings here at the same time. Two of them have just been topped off and two more are at the shell stage,” says project manager Marek Zentkowski. The design is by Piotr Wiśniewski and Budnex Developer is also acting as the general contractor. The first stage of the project includes apartments with from two to four rooms that range in size from 33 sqm to 69 sqm. All the apartments have either balconies or terraces that have areas of up to 17 sqm. “Under the promotion, You can buy a small seaside apartment for PLN 275,000,” says Monika Golec from Budnex. The complex will also include playgrounds and an outdoor gym and it will have parking for both residents and guests. The Kołobrzeg authorities are intending to build recreational facilities near the development with water attractions, similar to the German Tropical Island in Krausnick. Kołobrzeg has already announced the tender, which is open until the second half of September. The new complex could be opened within four years.
