MIG building ahead of time
POLAND Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has completed, ahead of schedule, an office building in Kraków for the Marketing Investment Group (MIG). The final occupancy permit has been issued before the required deadline and for the building on ul. Życzkowskiego.

MIG Real Estate is the investor behind the project and will be its main occupant. The construction and permitting process took less than 14 months. The 7,500 sqm building has a total of six floors (including one underground). It features intelligent technical systems for reducing energy and water consumption as well as the operating costs, such as lighting systems that respond to weather changes and user behaviour. Another feature is mechanical ventilation with air quality sensors that detect CO2 content. It also has three-pipe air-conditioning with a heat recovery system as well as plumbing installation with valves that cuts off the inflow when users are absent. “We are satisfied with the quality of workmanship and the pace of the work carried out. The technical systems proposed by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo will help extend the lifetime of our office building, and the investment in energy-saving technology will pay off with interest in just a few years,” claims Zbigniew Grząka, the deputy CEO of MIG Real Estate. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo was responsible for the fit-out work and spatial arrangement of the offices.
