The size of the apartments will range between 39 sqm and 107 sqm

ESTONIA Merko has started the construction of Tähepargi residential project’s second and final stage, at 5 Päeva as well as 13 and 15 Pargi in the city of Tartu.

The second stage comprises three residential buildings with a total of 19 apartments. The buildings will be completed in autumn 2019.

The buildings will have a B-class energy rating with from two to three storeys and six to seven apartments in each building. Car parking facilities will be located underground. Green areas and a children’s play area will also be created in the courtyards of the quarter.

The size of the apartments will range between 39 sqm and 107 sqm and the prices are between EUR 2,750 and EUR 3,300 per sqm.
