Nippon Seiki drives into Alchemia
Argon is the third stage of the Alchemia complex
POLAND Automotive supplier Nippon Seiki has leased an office in the Argon building of the Alchemia complex in Gdańsk.

The company, which designs and produces head-up displays for luxury vehicles, will take up nearly 800 sqm on the fourth floor. Nippon Seiki supplies brands such as Porsche, BMW, Daimler, Audi, Jaguar and Land Rover. “Our engineering office in Gdańsk had been growing very quickly. Forty people currently work here but we plan to double our staffing levels over the next few years. Argon gives us a convenient location with well developed transport links. The building and its surroundings are also fit our modern and innovative vision for the development of the company,” says Wojciech Gutowski, the head of the Polish branch of Nippon Seiki. The lease signed with developer Torus has a five-year term. The opening of the new office is planned for the beginning of November. The Argon office building was built as the third stage of the Alchemia business complex and it has a total leasable area of more than 38,000 sqm, including 36,000 sqm of office space. The Neon building, which represents the fourth stage of the complex, is currently under construction and will have more than 35,000 sqm of leasable area, including almost 33,500 sqm for offices. The building is to be delivered at the end of Q3 2019. All the buildings of the Alchemia complex are certified under LEED system with a rating of ‘Platinum’. Alchemia was designed by APA Wojciechowski.
