POLAND The Kupiec Poznański shopping and office centre in Poznań will gain a new entrance hall, a comfortable relaxation zone as well as a mural on one of the outer walls. Kupiec Poznański,

The facility manager, NAI Estate Fellows, began the renovation work at the beginning of the year. So far, the office entrance on ul. Strzelecka has been modernised. The walls and floors have been renovated and green wall of moss has been added. The lift lobby and toilets on the fifth floor were covered with a white quartz laminate and illuminated with LEDs. Four out of five of the building’s lifts in the building were also exchanged for new ones. The corridor on the fifth floor of the building was completed in June. The walls were refurbished and a new carpet was laid. The walls are decorated by framed black and white posters by Szymon Brodziak from the Brodziak Gallery. The new relaxation zone includes sofas, chairs, garden and benches. The bike stands have been enlarged and CCTV surveillance installed. The renovation of the third floor and the entrance facing ul. Wrocławska is soon to start. An additional lift and reception will be introduced. The retail section will gain a co-working zone. “The services we provide for the centre include operational management as well as financial and marketing services. In the near future we are to continue with making changes so that both tenants and customers will be better served,” says Patrycja Masiarek, the director of Poznań branch of NAI EstateFellows. The Kupiec Poznański shopping and office centre was opened in 2001 in the centre of Poznań. The six-storey 300,000 sqm building comprises office and retail space as well as an underground car park for 150 vehicles. The tenants include Enel-med Clinic, C&A, Hebe, Grycan, Biedronka, Poczta Polska, Monnari, Bialcon and Molton.
