POLAND The second Office Superstar 2018 awards ceremony organised by CBRE was held on October 3rd.
The aim of the awards is to give recognition to the best and most office-friendly office layouts in Poland. A total of 17 winners were selected from more than 150 entries. The motto of this year’s competition was ‘Decent and Comfortable’, intended to direct jury members ‘attention to whether space is 100 pct focused on employees and their needs and how it is used in practice.
“Because it is not only the arrangement of the office that matters but also how it is managed, how it comes to life and benefits employees. Employers in Poland are becoming increasingly aware of this, as is reflected in the large number of entries. This year 50 pct more applications were submitted than in the first competition,” reveals Natalia Wenzławska, the deputy director of marketing and communication at CBRE.
