Skyliner now poised to rise
Skyliner will be 195m in height with 4o storeys and over 47,000 sqm of leasable area
POLAND One year after starting construction work on the Skyliner office building next to the Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw, general contractor Warbud has reached the ground floor level with the building expected to be delivered in 2020.

“In September we completed the five-storey underground section, and we’ve now started to erect the first vertical elements of the podium including the walls and eighteen very tall pillars that are 19m in height. Some of them, which are made of bare concrete will be in the building’s prestigious main lobby,” says Karol Puszerkiewicz, the contract director at Warbud.

Skyliner will be 195m in height with 4o storeys and over 47,000 sqm of leasable area. At the top pf the building a Skybar is to be built while retail and services will take up an area of 3,000 sqm. “The 15m high, fully glazed entrance hall will form a contiguous space and will form an unusually elegant part of the building. The glass wall of the lobby will be cut by stairs or Spanish stepss that will be located both inside and outside the building. The area will be vibrant with life. We are planning a whole range of public services,” says Jarosław Prawicki, the leasing director at Karimpol Polska, which is developing the building.
