Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. The complex should eventually comprise over 61,000 sqm of office space

POLAND Lease agreements have been signed by Dotpay, Lavido, Noble System and Regus in Equal Business Park in Kraków’s Podgórze district. In total, the companies will occupy 3,500 sqm.

Regus, which is already in building B, has leased a further 2,300 sqm in building C, which was granted an occupancy permit in October. Dotpay leased around 600 sqm in the same building, while Noble System took up over 400 sqm and Lavido 60 sqm in the building B.

The three building complex has a total area of 49,000 sqm. Building C is the third and largest of the three properties. It has a total leasable area of almost 23,000 sqm. Currently the fourth building with a gla of 12,000 sqm is under construction. The entire complex, which is being developed by Cavatina Holding, should eventually comprise over 61,000 sqm of office space.
