CCC buys DeeZee
POLAND CCC has finalised its purchase of a 51 pct stake in online footwear retailer DeeZee for PLN 13 mln.

The two parties have also agreed to CCC increasing its stake, possibly to 100 pct over the next 5 years. “By becoming part of the CCC group, the DeeZee range is to appear in CCC stores together with the premiere of its spring/summer collections for 2019. DeeZee’s ‘fashion corner’ concept will attract young customers to CCC stores, increasing the reach of the brand and at the same time, boost the sales of the DeeZee.pl online store,” wrote CCC in a press release. DeeZee has been operating in Poland since 2005. In 2017, the company recorded revenues of PLN 35 mln. The brand has more than 1.3 mln fans on Facebook and is also present on Instagram. CCC currently has a sales area of 680,000 sqm with 1,181 stores, more than half of which are located abroad. Its 2017 sales came to over PLN 4.1 bln. The CCC group is present in 23 countries.
