Atrium Targówek now larger
The new wing brings the centre's total gla up to 60,600 sqm
POLAND Atrium has opened the 8,600 sqm extension to its modernised Targówek shopping centre in Warsaw.

The new wing, which brings the centre's total gla up to 60,600 sqm, includes a fashion alley and 32 stores, 27 of which are brands that are new to the centre. Them all’s food court and external façade have also been redesigned as well as the entrance zones, passageways and toilets. The work was completed in 12 months. “The work that’s just been completed included the redevelopment of the existing parts of the centre and the addition of a new wing, as a result of which we have improved the overall quality of the shopping centre and its tenant mix has been significantly expanded,” says Scott Dwyer, the COO of Atrium European Real Estate. New brands in the centre include Bershka, Pull and Bear, Guess, Medicine, KMX Fashion, Etam, Greenpoint, Anabel Arto, Tous, By Dziubeka, Swarovski and Leksus Gold & Silver. On October 17th the company also opened a new wing to its Atrium Promenada shopping centre in Warsaw.
