POLAND Hydraulic component manufacturer Manuli Hydraulics Polska has leased 11,200 sqm of warehouse and 300 sqm of office space in Legnica near Wrocław.

The company is to relocate its central warehouse from Germany. The class A warehouse building has been developed by a local developer. “The choice of location for our central warehouse in Poland was preceded by an in-depth analysis of locations throughout Poland. We finally decided on Legnica due to its proximity to the German border and its easy accessibility from both Lower and Upper Silesia as well as the rest of the country,” said David Sincholle, the operations director at Manuli Hydraulics. Axi Immo represented the tenant during the negotiations.
