Knight Frank starts up retail engine

Opr./edited AZ 09 November 2018
POLAND Knight Frank has launched twojretail.pl – the first search engine for retail and service units in Poland. Twojretail.pl has been operating since the end of September.

This is an original project by Knight Frank’s Polish team. It is designed to simplify the process for finding and leasing retail and service units.

“We want to reach the owners of units all over Poland, so that potential tenants can benefit from an extensive base, including primarily mixed-use projects but also stores offered by owners, e.g. on high streets, the ground floors of office buildings and in residential buildings,” says Kinga Zabłocka, a senior leasing manager in the retail agency at Knight Frank.

With the search engine, the process for leasing stores is to become much simpler. Instead of driving around the city in their search or browsing various websites on the internet, you can now just enter your requirements into the search engine and choose a store from the database of offers.

“Then we will show selected stores and deal with the formalities related to the signing of the lease. Tenants can not only save time, but they don’t incur any consulting costs, either,” insists Kinga Zabłocka.

Owners are provided with promotion of their stores with this tool because Knight Frank is not charging any fees for offers being entered in the search engine. The owner will pay a commission, the amount of which will be determined individually, at the time of signing the final lease agreement.
