LCP adds to its portfolio
LCP recently bought a retail park in Rumia
POLAND LCP’s property portfolio in Poland has grown to 46 assets.
The company has just announced the purchase of three retail parks, in Rumia, Puck and Skierniewice, which together have a total of more than 6,500 sqm. Their tenants include Biedronka, CCC, Rossmann, Pepco, Neonet, Martes Sport and KiK.

“The retail parks we have purchased fit perfectly into the purchasing strategy of our company. This year we have been very active in terms of investment and hope to sign preliminary contracts for more projects before the end of the year. In 2019 we are preparing for an even more intensive expansion of the retail and logistics portfolios,” revealed Krystian Modrzejewski, the managing director of LCP Properties in Poland.

LCP Properties, a branch of the London & Cambridge Properties group (LCP), has been investing in retail real estate (mostly retail parks and detached supermarket buildings) as well as warehouse and production facilities in Poland since 2005.
