POLAND MBB Logistics has leased 15,000 sqm of warehousing with office space in the Exeter Park Słubice logistics park. The tenant was supported by BNP Paribas Real Estate in finding the new location and during the lease negotiations.

“Our move to Exeter Park Słubice will enable us to deliver goods from Poland to Western Europe within the shortest time possible. We have been noticing growing interest in the services we offer for a considerable time now, which is why we took the decision to look for new warehouse space to fulfil the extra orders from our clients,” commented Gao Song, the CEO of MBB Logistics, which specialises in the e-commerce segment.

Exeter Park Słubice. The more than 52,000 sqm logistics complex, which is owned by Exeter Property Group, is located in Słubice, just 3.5 km from the German border.

“This project continues Exeter Property Group’s strong presence in Western Poland. Due to the strong tenant interest, especially from light industrial, e-commerce and logistics companies, we are starting the development of two new class ‘A’ warehouse parks: Exeter Park Świebodzin, which will have 120,000 sqm and Exeter Park Szczecin II, which will be 80,000 sqm,” added Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, the CEE director of leasing and development at Exeter Property Group.
