Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

POLAND The Brama Portowa II office building in Szczecin has attracted another tenant. An undisclosed IT company has leased 1,200 sqm of space.

Litwiniuk Property advised the tenant. “Our data shows that the A-class office vacancy rate in Szczecin has been continuously decreasing over 2018 and now stands at 9 pct. Average rents for A-class office rents are stable and comparable to 2017 at EUR 11-13 per sqm,” says Patryk Litwiniuk, general director of Litwiniuk Property.

Brama Portowa is a two-building complex with 13,000 sqm of office and retail space at al. Niepodległości 44, owned by Vastint.
