Coty stays in Ambassador
The building owned by Hines offers around 15,000 sqm of office space for lease

POLAND Cosmetic company Coty Eastern Europe has renewed its 2,200 sqm lease agreement at the Ambassador office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. JLL represented the tenant during the negotiations and helped prepare a long-term lease strategy.

“At the end of Q3 2018, close to 138,000 sqm of office space had been leased in Mokotów alone, which was the second best result on the Warsaw office market. In addition, the mixed-use projects scheduled for development in this area will surely contribute to the expansion of the space on offer on ul. Domaniewska and will further attract interest from potential tenants”, says Zuzanna Kowalczyk a in JLL.

The building owned by Hines offers around 15,000 sqm of office space for lease.
