Emerge comes to Mladá Boleslav
The 17 ha park has a total leasable area of 15,906 sqm
CZECH REPUBLIC Automotive supplier Emerge has signed a twenty-year lease for 18,500 sqm in CTPark Mladá Boleslav.
This site will complement its five existing plants across the Czech Republic. The 17 ha park, which has a leasable area of 15,906 sqm still available, is 50km from Prague near the E65 motorway which runs towards the borders of Germany and Poland. It is situated in an automotive hub and acnchored by Škoda Auto.

CTP has also announced a number of other leases with a combined area of over 25,000 sqm. Well Well Potraviny, a producer of meat products has started operations in CTPark Lipník nad Bečvou. Etimex, prolonged its existing contract for 9,000 sqm of production space in CTPark Hranice. Construction work is underway for 7,000 sqm in Nový Jičín for Varroc in and also 12,000 sqm of production space is being built for Hutchinson in CTPark Ostrava. Right next door to Hyundai’s existing plant, the second stage of CTPark Nošovice is under construction, with an additional 10,000 sqm of logistics and manufacturing space to be delivered in March 2019.
