DS Smith to move into MLP Czeladź
The tenant is to move in in Q2 2019

POLAND Packaging manufacturer DS Smith has leased 6,500 sqm of BTS warehouse and production space in the MLP Czeladź park just outside Katowice and will move in at the end of Q2 2019. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Around 1,000 sqm is to be used as production space with a further 370 set aside for offices. The remaining space is to be used for warehousing purposes.
“MLP Czeladź is one of our newest projects and still has a lot of potential for further expansion. At the same time, it is quickly gaining in popularity due to its many advantages. Among which, the logistics park has excellent access to the towns and cities of Silesia. Also, we are going to place a bus stop and a tram stop close to the main entrance gate, which will significantly improve access to public transportation for the employees in the park,” stated Piotr Krawczyk, the BTS project manager at MLP.
MLP Czeladź will eventually comprise five buildings with a total of 74,200 sqm gla. The park is located near the junction of the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway.
