Galeria Bronowice goes green
POLAND The Galeria Bronowice shopping centre in Kraków has been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of ‘Excellent’ for asset performance and building management.

“Introducing the principles ofsustainable development principles has been extremely important to every aspect of the running of Galeria Bronowice, from the design stage and now to its day-to-day operations. We are delighted because our rating of ‘Excellent’ demonstrates that our mall is run in compliance with very strict energy-saving, ecological and social principles,” says Aleksandra Rzońca, the director of Galeria Bronowice.

The centre has a gla of 65,000 sqm with over 150 stores, cafés and restaurants. The building is owned by Ceetrus Polska.
