Rise.pl to move to Diamante Plaza
Diamante Plaza, which was designed by DDJM, has 10,000 sqm of class A office space

POLAND Flexible office provider Rise.pl has leased 2,500 sqm in Diamante Plaza in Kraków’s Zabłocie district and will move in in early 2019.

This will be the firm’s fourth location in Kraków. Rise.pl currently operates centres in Kraków, Warsaw, Katowice and Rzeszów and has also ventured onto the Czech and Slovak markets. Savills and Knight Frank advised the tenant during the negotiations while BNP Paribas Real Estate, as the exclusive leasing agent, represented the landlord.

“As well as the fact that it is growing rapidly, Zabłocie is also becoming an increasingly attractive business destination in Kraków. Due to the fact that the building has an extremely efficient layout, the tenant will be able to adapt the 2,500 sqm of a single floorplate for its own needs. Rise.pl is also planning to open a café for all the users of the firm’s flexible office space,” said Agnieszka Kuehn, a senior consultant at Savills.

Diamante Plaza, which was designed by DDJM, has 10,000 sqm of class A office space and was opened in 2009. It is owned and managed by Spanish construction firm Aldesa.
