Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Brama Miasta is to have 40,000 sqm gla

POLAND BFF Banking Group has become the first tenant of the Brama Miasta project under development by Skanska in the centre of Łódź next to the Łódź Fabryczna railway station.

The company has signed a lease for 2,000 sqm and will relocate from its current office at Forum 76 in Q4 2019.

“We are pleased to have been appointed as advisor to BFF for their office relocation,” says Marta Pyziak, the head of the Łódź office of Cresa Poland. The new office is being designed with the advice of workspace consultancy Smart M2.

Brama Miasta is to be an office complex comprising two 15 storey buildings with a total of 40,000 sqm gla. The first of the buildings with 27,500 sqm is to be delivered in Q2 2019.
