EUROPE On January 1, 2019, Yit subsidiaries Yit Infra and Yit Talo were merged into Yit Construction, immediately after which the company was renamed Yit Finland.
This is not the end of the restructuring as Yit Information Services was merged into Yit Corporation. In Estonia Yit Infra Eesti AS is to be merged into AS Yit Eesti, which is to be finalised in January. In Lithuania Yit Infra Lietuva will first be merged at the beginning of January into Yit Kausta, which is to be renamed UAB Yit Lietuva. In Latvia and Russia, similar mergers are planned for the first half of the year. In Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic there is no such restructuring required.

The mergers are intended to clarify Yit’s operations both nationally and regionally.
