Hungarian service comes to K5
The office building is to be delivered in Q2
POLAND Hungarian-based serviced office operator New Work Offices has leased the entire K5 office building which is being developed in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district.

The 1,500 sqm building at ul. Kaleńska 5 is being converted into an office block within the complex of a former button and metal packaging factory, built in 1898. The K5 building has been designed to fit into its 19th century industrial surroundings and the tenant is to move in in Q2 2019. The Agata and Tomasz Bajtyngier, the owners of the development, were represented by KG Partners Property during the transaction.
