POLAND The Saller Group has purchased a retail park at the junction of al. Piłsudskiego and al. Legionów in Łomża in eastern Poland from local investor Kurpiewski for an undisclosed figure.

The complex comprises four buildings with 11,500 sqm gla and the tenants include Biedronka, Jysk, Neonet, Pepco, Hebe Apteka and Hebe Drogeria, Manifi, 50 Styles, Top Secret and a Bricomarché DIY store. “Being located on the main arterial road into the town, the retail park provides customers not only with a place to shop but also numerous amenities such as an automated carwash, cash dispensers and parcel pick up points. In the future we will continue to expand our retail range to meet the demands of the residents of Łomża and its neighbouring towns,” stated Josef Saller, the CEO of Saller Group.
