Imagine gets real
Imagine will have two class A buildings with a total of 17,200 sqm gla over six storeys
POLAND Buildings A and B of the Imagine office complex at the junction of al. Piłsudskiego and al. Śmigłego-Rydza in Łódź have been topped off.

The project, which is being developed by Avestus Real Estate, will be ready in Q3 2019. General contractor Eiffage Polska Budownictwo took nine months to complete the structural work on the two six-storey office buildings. Work has already begun on the façades of both buildings and The first elements of the façade have already appeared on both buildings and acoustic screens are to be mounted on the roof over the next few weeks.

A multi-storey car park with six levels and spaces for 356 vehicles was completed in September and the finishing work is currently being completed by Goldbeck.

“When we started this project, we had a very demanding construction schedule, which may have seemed unrealistic to a great number of people. With the commitment of the entire team and our exemplary partnership with the contractors for each individual section of the office building, this complex development is proceeding on schedule and the first tenants will be moving into Imagine in just over half a year,” said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, the national director of Avestus Real Estate in Poland.

Eventually Imagine will have two class A buildings, which will have a total of 17,200 sqm gla over six storeys including 14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail.

Internaet marketing company Bluerank is to be one of the tenants of the complex with a lease of 2,043 sqm of office space. A bilingual Kids & Co nursery school and an Olimp restaurant are also to open on the ground floor of building B. The design is by DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne and the commercialisation is by Colliers International. The entire complex is to be delivered in Q3 2019.
