POLAND Skanska has purchased from Academic Business Incubators [Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości] (AIP) all of its shares in Business Link to become the sole owner of the network of coworking and service offices.

Previously Skanska had held a 40 pct stake. Business Link operates from five locations including in the Astoria office building in Warsaw and in buildings developed by Skanska in Poznań (Maraton), Kraków (High5ive), Wrocław (Green2Day) and Prague (Visionary). AIP is to continue to manage a number of locations that have not been included in the deal. AIP is to continue to work closely with Skanska.

“Over the past eight years, as part of the Business Links business, we have assisted over 6,000 businesses. That is why in the near future my aim will be to provide new tools which, just like Business.Link, AIP, AIP Seed Capital and bValue, will be groundbreaking and give unique value to entrepreneurial Poles and residents of this region of the world,” says Dariusz Żuk, the co-founder of Business Link and AIP.
