Atlas Ward to extend MLP Czeladź
The new building will have an area of 10,000 sqm
POLAND MLP Group has appointed Atlas Ward as the general contractor to extend its MLP Czeladź park on the outskirts of Katowice with a new warehouse building of around 10,000 sqm.

Completion of the construction work is planned for May and delivery of the finished centre will be in June. Around 6,500 sqm of the space has been leased by packaging manufacturer DS Smith. The remaining 3,500 sqm is being developed on a speculative basis. “We are already in advanced negotiations with potential tenants. The high standard of the project and its excellent location makes our offer of space very attractive. We are convinced that before completion of the construction the new centre will be fully commercialised” – says Piotr Krawczyk, the BTS Project Manager at MLP Group. MLP Czeladź is a modern logistics centre which on completion will comprise 5 class A buildings with a total area of 74.200 sqm gla.
