CZECH REPUBLIC Japanese manufacturer of precision components Advanex is to open a BTS plant in P3 Prague Horní Počernice. Completion of the project is planned for the spring of this year.

“Facilities for light manufacture have specific features, such as floors with increased load-bearing capacity, a larger number of skylights, and better air circulation,” said P3's Managing Director for the Czech Republic, Tomáš Míček.

The 7,300 sqm factory is also to include two floors of office space. "The new facility in the Czech Republic is a part of our global strategy to expand within continental Europe," confirmed Ian Beardsmore, the managing director of Advanex Czech Republic. Advanex plans to invest EUR 5 mln in the country over the next five years.\

P3 Prague Horní Počernice is one of the largest industrial parks in Central Europe with over 400,000 sqm.
