Mitiska buys into Karuzela
POLAND Karuzela Holding has sold Mitiska REIM-managed funds FRI1 and FRI2 a 50 pct stake in four shopping centres.

The agreement also covers further projects that have not yet been completed. The four malls in Turek, Lubliniec, Września and Wodzisław Śląski have a total gla of ​​over 30,000 sqm and the projects that have yet to be developed include the future centres in Kołobrzeg, Biała Podlaska, Świebodzin and Ełk with a total planned gla of 60,000 sqm. “We are systematically developing Karuzela Holding’s portfolio, while our partnership with a reliable and stable investor – Mitiska – guarantees our success and our rapid further expansion. Mitiska has broad experience in developing and managing commercial buildings throughout Europe and it also has significant funds to finance such projects,” says Grzegorz Pękalski , a board member of Karuzela Holding. Mitiska already owns four retail buildings in Poland and has a total of 65 retail centres valued at EUR 743 mln across ten European countries.
