Kulczyk pumps funds into Archdesk

Opr./edited AZ 28 January 2019
POLAND Sebastian Kulczyk, the CEO of Kulczyk Investments and the founder of the InCredibles start-up incubator, together with other investors, has invested in Polish-British start-up Archdesk, which develops cloud-based software for construction and manufacturing companies.

Archdesk has received an injection of PLN 4.3 mln from Kulczyk’s Manta Ray VC fund, Czech fund Credo Ventures and Polish-based Data Ventures. Archdesk was one of the first finalists of Kulczyk’s InCredibles acceleration programme. The winners receive mentoring and financial assistance.

The company develops software for organising the processes of construction and manufacturing companies, including in sales, purchases, project management and accounting. It intends to spend the new funding on expanding its sales team in the UK and its technical team in Kraków.

Archdesk launched its operations at the end of 2016 in the UK and now plans to expand in Poland and into the CEE region.
