POLAND Warsaw-based company Starhedge has set up special-purpose vehicle Fabryka Ossera to develop a hotel project in the former Osser factory in Łódź.

The project involves the expansion, reconstruction, superstructure and adaptation of the former Adam Osser cotton mill in Łódź to create a complex of buildings comprising offices and services, an R&D centre as well as a hotel.

After its completion, the building will have a total of around 50,000 sqm of usable space. The site of the complex covers ​​1.11 ha.
