KiK to open more stores

KiK to open more stores
POLAND In 2019, KiK will expand by another 50-60 stores, which compares with 60 openings in 2018, with a combined sales area of 36,000 sqm.
Last year, new stores opened in Warsaw, Piotrków Trybunalski, Lidzbark and Gliwice and the chain currently comprises 250 stores in Poland. Kik has also developed a larger format with the opening of an 800 sqm store in Turawa Park in Opole. “We are modernising and extending our shopping space, which is why we’ve opened hence the larger size and the more clearly organised display and the use of digital signage,” says Mariusz Kulik, the director of KiK in Poland. KiK eventually intends to have around 650 stores in Poland.
