Alexander Hayes is currently working as a journalist for Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe magazine. Originally from the UK, he moved to Poland in 1995 and has been working in real estate for over four years. He has a BA in english literature from the University of Buckingham.

POLAND Globalworth has taken over the property management of four of its own properties.

The buildings in question are the Lumen and Skylight buildings (which are both part of the Złote Tarasy complex) in Warsaw, West Gate in Wrocław, the A4 Business Park in Katowice and Tryton Business House in Gdańsk.

“Internalised property management of our portfolio is one of our strategic business goals, allowing us to build even stronger relationships with the partners in our properties. Through the measures we have introduced we have become closer to the companies that operate in our buildings, enabling us to understand better and respond faster to their needs. In coming months we will, therefore, focus on introducing in-house property management elsewhere. We estimate that by the middle of this year, our internal property management team will manage over 80 pct of our portfolio in Poland,” says Artur Apostoł, Chief Operational Officer of Globalworth Poland.
