LPP signs up in Pomerania Outlet

Aneta Cichla 31 January 2019
LPP signs up in Pomerania Outlet
The centre is to reopen with 80 stores
POLAND Four brands from the LPP group will remainin the Galeria Rumia centre in Rumia near the Tricity after the completion of its redevelopment into the Pomerania Outlet outlet centre.
Reserved, House, Mohito and Cropp stores have been present in the centre for ten years and occupy a total area of 2,000 sqm. “We’ve been working hard on a new commercialisation strategy since we decided to start modernising the building with DNB Assets Holdco. However, we knew from the beginning that LPP’s stores were a must. LPP Group’s decision is very important to us as it demonstrates that our model is attractive to the largest players on the market. However it also marks the beginning of us working hard to re-lease the building,” says Radosław Gadomski, the commercial director at The Blue Ocean Investment Group (BOIG) which is responsible for introducing the changes to the lease of the building. On reopening the centre will have 80 retail and service outlets as well as a restaurant and an entertainment zone over 16,000 sqm and three floors.
