POLAND Paper packaging producer Smurfit Kappa has leased 6,500 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park near Warsaw.

This includes 100 sqm of employee and office space. The centre is scheduled to be completed in June 2019. “We have decided to enter a partnership with MLP, because we have been provided with an offer that satisfies our expectations in terms of both location and quality of service. Moreover, the contract terms we have agreed to with our new landlord are based on partnership as a result of the professional approach of MLP,” says Jacek Niewęgłowski, the managing director of the Warsaw and Pruszków Branches of Smurfit Kappa Polska.

The park is built on a 72 ha and has a target area of 285,000 sqm.
