Gino Rossi to sell Simple

Agnieszka Zielińska 04 February 2019
POLAND PKO BP has decided not to purchase the Simple clothing brand and to allow Gino Rossi to sell it to Skyline Insolvency Solutions (SIS).
The brand is being sold at a price of PLN 1 per share with the deal being conditional on the bank waiving its rights to the shares. Gino Rossi decided to sell the brand due to its own financial problems. It first attempted to negotiate a sale with Monnari and then with OTCF, the owner of the 4F brand. In December 2018 Gino Rossi made offered to sell all its shares to PKO BP for PLN 0.5 mln. SIS is a subsidiary of Skyline Investment, listed on the WSE since 2008.
