Permit granted for Karuzela

05 February 2019

Permit granted for Karuzela
Work should be completed by H2 next year
POLAND Karuzela Kołobrzeg has been granted a building permit for the Karuzela shopping centre in Budzistowo.

“The next step in constructing Karuzela is the procurement of a general contractor, which we will start at the end of March. This will mean we should start the construction work around the summer holidays and complete it in H2 next year,” reads a statement published by Karuzela. The mall is to be built on a 10 ha plot near the future Kołobreg Wschód junction of the S6, which is currently under construction. The shopping complex will also include a standalone Leroy Merlin store. The project’s total retail area will come to 30,000 sqm with 90 stores including Lidl, Media Expert, Martes Sport, Deichmann, Świat Książki, Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay, Home & You, CCC, Pepco and Smyk. The design is by MTDI (formerly known as Bose International). The project is being developed jointly by Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM.
