Metropolitan opens Harward
POLAND Metropolitan Investment is opening its Gdański Harward student hall near the Gdańsk University of Technology.

It comprises 60 single and double rooms ranging from 12 sqm to 23 sqm and each room comes with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. “The centre regularly changes the bed linen and also includes a laundry as well as other cleaning services,” says Paulina Bauer, the director of real estate management at Metropolitan Investment. “The centre also includes 24 hour security with CCTV surveillance,” she adds.
