Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Echo launches Malthouse Apartments sales

POLAND Echo Investment has started unit sales for its Malthouse Apartments project, which is part of the Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex currently under construction in Warsaw’s Wola district.

At the end of this quarter construction work is to beging on a 76 apartment building with a copper façade designed by Jems Architekci, that will stand next to the 19th-century malt house, which the largest surviving building from the former brewery complex. The apartments ranging from one-room studios, to large penthouse suites are to be equipped with an integrated smart control system to operate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems as well as the blinds. A 24-hour concierge service is also planned.

“Just a few steps from home you will the find friendly, green and beautifully designed city spaces of the Malthouse Square, the Breakfast Square and the Central Garden. Perfect for a walk, a rest after work, or for meeting friends… Living in Browary Warszawskie means being a part of this unique place,” claims Dawid Wrona, the director of sales at Echo Investment.

The Browary Warszawskie complex is eventually to include four office buildings, five residential buildings, and more than 8,000 sqm of retail and service space.
